By registering for the Conference, the person registering, on his/her own behalf and on behalf of his/her heirs, representatives, successors, and assigns (collectively, "Registrant") agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold Event Strategy Group, Ltd., and its officers, directors, employees, agents, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and it’s clients (collectively, "ESG") harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, causes of action, proceedings, or litigation (including but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs) (collectively, “Claims”), including but not limited to any personal or property damage, injury or death, or violations of privacy laws, now or in the future arising in any way from the Conference, irrespective of how such Claims arose, including but not limited to from the acts or omissions of the Conference sponsor or its officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, subcontractors, members, guests, invitees, or other Conference attendees.  This obligation to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless shall include, but not be limited to, any Claims arising from the Conference and regardless of by whom made or brought, including, but not limited to third parties or members of the public.
